The ingredients
We always use fresh, high-quality, seasonal produce such as borage, pumpkin, onion (a Slow Food Presidium), red garlic, and DOP extra virgin olive oil.
The egg pasta and desserts are prepared by our chefs according to time-honored recipes. The menu is constantly evolving, ensuring a stimulating fusion of local, seasonal, and imaginative ingredients.
